Client Objective
Create a non-traditional, vibrant event infused with Miami’s creative flair, inspiring marketers to elevate their own innovation and positioning POSSIBLE as the Cannes of the U.S., setting a new standard for marketing events.
Challenges
The historic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, built in the 1950s, posed logistical challenges with limited loading docks, street unloading, and gravel lots. Coordinating indoor and outdoor activations across the property was complex, with tight timelines: 48 hours for move-in and under 24 hours for move-out.
Solution
We led logistics with precision, managing 80 exhibits, custom activations,
3 main stages, 4 secondary stages, and 14 session tracks. Pinnacle Live developed a detailed production plan for 90+ vehicle movements, involving 30 vendor partners and ensuring clear communication, turning the event into a 24-hour operation over four days to ensure flawless execution.
